Return Policy
Returns and exchanges for purchases from mamohowell.com will be accepted within 30 days from the ship date located on your sales receipt.
Returns and exchanges for garments purchased from www.mamohowell.com cannot be processed at the Mamo Howell store or any department store affiliates. Please follow the instructions below:
- The enclosed return and exchange form is completely filled in and returned with your garment.
- The garment must be in saleable condition, meaning: the garment has not been worn, altered, damaged, or washed.
- The garment was purchased at regular price.
- If any, all tags should be attached.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Refunds for items returned within 30 days will be in the same form as the original payment type.
No exchanges or returns will be accepted after the allotted 30-day time frame.
If you have an exchange that is of the same dollar amount as your original purchase, no additional shipping or handling fees will be charged.
